1. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate your needs.

Please note:

  • Express and overnight orders placed after 1 PM will typically ship on the next business day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Orders may be split into multiple shipments, and items purchased together may not be shipped on the same day.

We ship to all U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However:

  • Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS SurePost.
  • Express and overnight shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and certain remote locations.

2. Backorders

If an item is on backorder, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page and at checkout. If any changes occur, we will notify you via email.

  • You will not be charged for backordered items until they are ready to ship.
  • If an item becomes backordered after your order is placed, we will inform you via email.
  • If your order includes a backordered item, we may ship available items separately or cancel the backordered item at our discretion.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may have a short window of time to cancel items before they begin processing.

  • To check cancellation eligibility, visit your Order Details page.
  • If eligible, the entire quantity of the selected item will be canceled.
  • Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
