1. Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible merchandise.
- Returns within 30 days: A refund will be issued to the original payment method at the original selling price.
- Returns after 30 days: A merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping & Processing
- Return labels are available only for orders shipped within the continental U.S.
- A $5.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund unless you are processing an exchange.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing. Additional delays may occur.
- To ensure a faster refund, make sure your return label and return slip match the items being returned.
- For multiple returns, please process and mail each return separately.
- You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed (please check your spam folder).

2. Refund Process
- Most returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks after we receive your package.
- A refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after processing.
- It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
3. Exchange Options
Exchange for a Different Item
If you’d like to exchange your order for a different item:
- Visit your Order History and select “Start a Return or Exchange.”
- Complete the return process for the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- Place a new order for your desired replacement item(s).

Exchange for a Damaged or Broken Item
We apologize if you received a damaged item.
- If the damaged item is glass or ceramic, please contact us for further assistance.
- If you are able to repackage and send the item back, follow the instructions in our online returns portal to process a free exchange.
Exchange for the Wrong Item
If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us before proceeding with an exchange so we can review our inventory and ensure the correct item is available.
