This Powermatic PM2244 drum sander has a secondary motor that runs the feed system at speeds between 0 and 10 feet per minute. An LED control panel that tells you at a glance the machine’s current power, DRO and belt speed. It features a caster system so you can roll the equipment right to where you need it. The feed logic system optimizes performance and prevents overloads. This woodworking drum sander’s handwheels feature a chrome finish for rust resistance and large grips for easier operation. A 4-inch dust port moves particles away from your face for safer work and from the drum for extended life of the abrasive.
