The Makita 12 Inch metal cutting saw is powered by a 15 Amp motor that delivers 1700 RPM for the most demanding applications. The carbide-tipped blade lasts 50X longer than abrasive wheels while delivering clean and burr-free cuts. Quick release vise ensures secure material retention and fast, repeated cut-offs. It also offers 4X faster cutting in light pipe, angle iron, tubing, conduit and channel than abrasive cut-off saws. Toolless guide plate adjusts 0 to 45 degree for quick and easy miter cutting. Socket wrench stores on base for convenient blade changes. It includes carbide tipped blade, socket wrench, switch button and safety goggles.
