It sports a powerful 5hp motor that runs the spindles at up to 10,000 rpm to get the jobs done quickly. This Powermatic PM2700 shaper has a digital spindle height readout so you can repeat the same passes for multiple pieces. An integrated caster system makes it easy to move the unit wherever you need. A quick-lock feature for the belt tensioner makes it easy to adjust the Powermatic shaper’s speed. The spindle operates at your choice of two reversible speeds for added convenience.
