The Makita 40 VOLT Max XGT® cordless circular saw kit rapid optimum charger (DC40RA), hex wrench (783204-6), 4.0 Amp-hour battery (BL4040), 7-1/4 Inch 24T CT circular saw blade (B-61656) and a tool bag. The circular saw with guide rail compatible base, provides cordless convenience while taking on high-demand applications. Saw features the Makita-built brushless motor to deliver 6000 RPM for high-speed cutting performance. Tool can cut 3X the material in a single pass with a large cutting capacity of 2-3/8 Inch at 90 degree. It is ideal for framers, builders, roofers, forming and more. The convenient guide rail compatible base interacts with optional guide rails to provide dead-on, straight or bevel cutting without the need for an adapter. Saw offers 56 degree bevel capacity with positive stops at 22.5 degree, 45 degree and 56 degree. The saw features an electric brake and dual LED lights for maximum productivity. It has a die-cast magnesium base and blade guard, which combines durability with less weight. Tool featuring Automatic Torque Drive Technology, adjusts cutting speed under load for optimum cutting performance. This saw is also equipped with the Makita’s Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™), a series of integrated seals designed to improve a tool’s operation in harsh conditions by channeling water and dust from key internal components.
