The Makita MM4 24 Inch hedge trimmer is powered by a 25.4 cc four-stroke engine that delivers an operating speed of 4200 SPM. Double-sided blade facilitates trimming of overhead and low-lying hedges. Automatic engine decompression allows quicker and smoother starts. Oil filling port and the drain plug can also be accessed easily and the oil level window makes it easy to check the oil level. Dual-stage air filter consists of large sealing areas that can be replaced and accessed easily. Steel drive shaft helps in minimizing vibration on the handle for user comfort. Captured control wires avoid snagging and the rubberized grip on the handle ensures user comfort. Tip guard safeguards the blade from unwanted wear and tear. Unique lubrication system facilitates the engine to be inclined at any angle even during heavy loads. Fuel tank has a translucent design and the large opening makes it easy to refuel. Trimmer comes with a shear blade and a blade cover.
