The HVBS-56M, 5-Inch x 6-Inch Horizontal/Vertical Bandsaw from JET® makes it easy to cut through all sorts of metal items. This metalworking band saw sports a powerful 1/2 hp, single-phase 115/230V motor that makes quick work of your tasks. The 14-gauge metal stand is heavy-duty enough to stand up to tough jobs and industrial use. The Jet HVBS-56M bandsaw features adjustable front feet so you can maintain a level for more precise results. This Jet band saw’s blades run at 80, 120 or 200 surface feet per minute for faster task completion. The hand wheels are large and easy to use for simpler operation. Its worm gear is made from ground, heat-treated steel and the drive gear from bronze which makes them very durable.
